Found a bug
Three things make it much faster to fix: what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and the listing URL if it's about a specific car. A screenshot is worth more than all three.
Before you write, it's worth a look at troubleshooting — most problems are one of five things and four take under a minute.
Wrong car, wrong verdict
If a listing gets matched to the wrong model, or you think a verdict is flat wrong, send it. Include the listing title exactly as written and what Curb Check called it.
These are the most useful emails we get. The tool has been wrong before and it got fixed because somebody said so.
A model you want covered
Forty-six models are covered today and the list grows. Tell us which car you're shopping for and it goes on the pile — the ones people actually ask about get researched first.
Refunds
Within 30 days of buying, email and you'll get a full refund. You don't have to explain why. See terms for the detail.
Everything else
Questions about privacy, a car you're arguing with yourself about, or something the site got wrong — all welcome. Same address.
