The short version: Curb Check gives you information about cars. It does not inspect them, value them, or decide for you. Buying a car is your decision and your risk. If the software doesn't work for you, ask for your money back within 30 days and you'll get it.
What you're buying
A licence to use the Curb Check browser extension for your own personal car shopping. One payment of $29. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
The seven-day trial gives you the full product. After it ends, some detail locks until you buy.
What the information is, and isn't
Curb Check's verdicts are based on published recall filings, owner complaints, repair data and general reliability research about model years — not about the specific car in the listing.
It cannot know whether a particular car was maintained, garaged, driven gently, crashed and repaired, or is about to fail tomorrow. Only inspecting that car can tell you that.
So the information is offered as research, not advice. A green verdict is not a recommendation to buy and a red verdict is not a claim that a car is defective. Every decision, and every consequence of it, is yours.
No warranty about vehicles
We don't warrant that the information is complete, current, or free of errors, and we update it as we learn more. Vehicle data is imperfect everywhere, including here.
We are not responsible for what happens with a car you buy, don't buy, or negotiate over — including repair costs, breakdowns, accidents, undisclosed damage, title problems, or a deal you missed. Verify anything that matters before you hand over money, and get the car inspected.
The software itself
Curb Check is provided as-is. It depends on Chrome and on how Facebook Marketplace is built, and neither of those is under our control. If either changes significantly, parts of the extension may stop working until it's updated.
We'll do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will function indefinitely or without interruption.
Refunds
If Curb Check doesn't do what you expected, email admin@maxbots.ai within 30 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. You don't have to justify it.
Payments are handled by ExtensionPay through Stripe, so refunds go back the way they came.
Fair use
Your licence is for you. Please don't resell it, share your licence with other people, or bulk-extract the reliability data to build a competing product.
Curb Check reads pages you're already viewing in your own browser. Don't use it in a way that breaks Facebook's terms, and don't modify it to scrape or automate anything on their platform.
